HUNTER VALLEY

Add Ons

HUNTER VALLEY:
Two hours north of Sydney is Hunter Valley, home to the oldest vineyard in Australia. A tour of the Valley is complemented by fine wine, local produce and a sense of history. Walk through the 25 hectare Hunter Valley Gardens, where you could indulge in a delicious lunch at the Garden Café. We’d also suggest a wine tasting tour of the renowned Lindemans vineyard. You could also join a food and wine pairing tutorial to see which kind of wine brings out the best flavour of food.

PORT STEPHENS:
Port Stephens is called the ‘blue water paradise’ because of the beauty of its marine surroundings. It serves as the gateway to the New South Wales North Coast, located two and a half hours’ drive north of Sydney or a 20 minute drive from New Castle Airport. In this idyllic coastal paradise, the emphasis is on pleasure. From the fabulous scenery typified by volcanic peaks along the coastline to crystal clear bays fringed by golden sand, Port Stephens has plenty to offer. We recommend parasailing high above the clear blue water, riding a four wheel drive through the enormous sand dunes, enjoying the fine local Port Stephens wines and taking a swim with the dolphins.
